Whether I’m speaking at a ministry event, joining a podcast conversation, leading a workshop, or offering training for ministry leaders, my goal is always the same: to create space where people feel less alone, more understood, and better equipped to navigate life with both emotional insight and faith.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Catholic therapist with a background in parish ministry, I bring together clinical expertise, lived faith, and practical tools in a way that is approachable, thoughtful, and grounded in compassion. My talks integrate psychology, attachment and nervous system insights, and a Catholic understanding of the human person to help audiences walk away with both encouragement and practical next steps.

Whether speaking to women’s ministries, young adults, youth ministries, church communities, parents, ministry leaders, or podcast audiences, my goal is to bridge emotional health and faith in a way that feels approachable and meaningful.

I especially enjoy speaking to churches, youth and young adult ministries, retreats, schools, podcasts, and communities seeking conversations around emotional health, relationships, burnout, anxiety, faith, and personal growth. I also regularly tailor talks to the unique needs of each community and am happy to create something specific for your event or audience.
