Our Services
You don’t have to hold it all together alone.
I offer individual counseling for teenagers (age 14+), young adults, and adults. No matter your starting point, I meet you with warmth, compassion, and collaboration to help you move toward your goals. My approach combines evidence-based methods while offering compassion and care where you are. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed approaches, I provide an integrative and personalized approach that addresses both immediate concerns and deeper, long-standing patterns.
In your challenges, I help you make sense of your experiences, mobilize where you feel stuck, pursue tangible steps toward change, and uncover meaningful relief that lasts through felt experiences of deeper healing. For those interested, I also offer the integration of your faith into the healing process. Whether your faith feels like a resource and strong support in your struggle, or if your faith is a part of your struggle, I offer a safe, compassionate space where your faith can be a part of our process together without judgment.

Frequently Asked Questions

The main goal of the free 15-minute consultation is to get to know each other more, answer any questions you have about therapy with me, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. I care about you receiving the best care and support possible, even if it isn’t with me.
During your consultation, I will give you a call to learn more about you and your goals, and I can share more about my approach to assess if we’d make a good team to work together. Of course, I will save time to answer your questions too so you feel oriented and receive clarity as you determine the best fit for your care.

Our first session together is typically an extension of the consultation call. I treat each client like the unique individual they are and tailor treatment specifically to each client, so it is important to take the time together to understand your challenges and goals so I can help you in the best way I can. First, we will discuss logistics of how I operate and what you can expect throughout therapy. Then, I will focus on learning more about you by asking questions and giving you space to share your story — as much or as little feels comfortable to share in our first meeting — to begin mapping the path forward toward your goals.
-
Online therapy works the same way as in-person therapy, except you can join from wherever works best for you, and it has been proven to be just as effective. Sessions are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant platform where you will log in at your designated appointment time. All you need is a device with a camera, microphone, and stable internet, and I’ll see you there!
-
I aim to provide affordable rates so that cost is not a barrier to you receiving the care you need. Accordingly, my current rate of service is $80 per session.
-
Because I offer sessions at a reduced rate, I do not accept insurance at this time. If cost is a concern or a barrier, I am happy to discuss additional options with you.
-
Under the law, healthcare providers are required to provide patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance with an estimate of the costs of services for their care. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services, but it does not include unexpected costs that may occur during the course of your care. This document is provided upon scheduling an appointment, but this document is NOT a bill or binding contract of services. The Good Faith Estimate simply offers transparency regarding costs of services, as required by law, and is calculated for 52 weeks of services to provide the maximum amount for a single provider over a 12-month period.
In person or virtual
My office is located at 7167 Colleyville Blvd, Suite 104 in Colleyville, Texas 76034, conveniently located in the heart of Dallas/Fort Worth, and I offer in-person sessions on Mondays and Thursdays. For those who prefer to pursue counseling from the comfort of their home, I offer virtual sessions Monday through Friday throughout the state of Texas. Whether you prefer in-person or virtual sessions, I am excited to meet you where you are and journey together.
